Total Physio Stillorgan is located in the Slievemore Clinic between the Old Dublin Road and the N11 Stillorgan Dual Carriageway. Direct access is via the Old Dublin Road.

Adjacent landmarks include Oatlands College, the Stillorgan Park Hotel, Beaufield Mews Restaurant and the Stillorgan Shopping Centre.

Car: Our entrance is opposite Oatlands College on the Old Dublin Road. This road runs from the Stillorgan Shopping Centre parallel to the N11 Stillorgan Dual Carriageway. See map above.

Parking: is available in the carpark of Slievemore Clinic for Total Physio patients for the duration of your appointment.

Bus: Routes 7B, 7D, 46A, 46E, 84X, 118, 145 stop on the N11 at the Oatlands College bus-stop, less than 5 minutes walk from the clinic. Routes 47, 116 (to Whitechurch) stop outside the clinic, at the Old Dublin Road bus-stop.

Taxi: A taxi rank is located at the Stillorgan Shopping Centre, approximately 150 metres from the clinic.

Luas: The nearest Luas station is the Stillorgan station which has a connecting commuter bus link to the Stillorgan Shopping Centre, approximately 150 metres from the clinic. The Stillorgan Luas station is on the Green Line linking St. Stephen's Green to Sandyford/Bride's Glen, approximately 2.6km away, with a walking duration of 30 minutes from the clinic.

Total Physio Rathmines is located at 188 Rathgar Road in the D6 Dental Clinic. Direct access is via Rathgar Road at the Rathmines end.

Adjacent landmarks include the Esso (Grosvenor) Filling Station and the Rathmines Garda Station.

Car: From Rathgar & Terenure & M50, follow the main road from Terenure, through Rathgar village, keeping left at the junction onto Rathgar Road. Continue down as far as the Esso Filling Station and we are directly opposite it.
From Rathmines & City Centre. Follow the signs for Rathmines, at the top of Rathmines Road, stay in the right lane. You will drive by Rathmines Garda station on your left, stay in the left lane onto Rathgar Road. We are directly opposite the Esso Filling station.

Parking: is available on Grosvenor Road, adjacent to the Esso filling station. Please note that it is pay and display. Parking is also available in the Swan Centre or Tesco carparks.

Bus: Routes 14, 14C (to Ardilea Road), 15, 15A,15B, 18 (to Palmerstown), 65, 65B, 83 & 83A all stop at Rathmines Garda Station, which is 3 minute walk from the clinic. Routes 140 and 142 stop on Upper Rathmines Road at the Rathmines Post Office, which is a 5 minute walk from the clinic.

Luas: The nearest Luas station is the Ranelagh station on the Green Line linking St. Stephen's Green to Sandyford/Bride's Glen, approximately 1.2km away, with a walking duration of 15-20 minutes from the clinic.

Taxi: There is a rank on Upper Rathmines Road, approximately 5 minutes walk from the clinic.
