Jenny Branigan is a graduate of physiotherapy from UCD (2000) and achieved 1st Class Honours in her Masters in Sports Medicine in Trinity College Dublin in 2002. Jenny received a Graduate Certificate in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy from Curtin University in Perth (2005), Australia. Jenny was recently awarded her Level 3 Accreditation in Sports Physiotherapy from the ISCP in recognition of her high level of postgraduate education and experience in this area.
Jenny is also a qualified STOTT Pilates Instructor (2007). Jenny has appeared as the regular Physiotherapist on the Mooney Show on RTE Radio 1 since 2008, discussing common injuries, giving tips and answering listeners' queries on various physiotherapy issues live on air. Jenny also features regularly in other media as the physiotherapy expert with articles printed in the Irish Independent Mother & Baby Supplement and Maternity & Infant magazine. Jenny is the physiotherapy contributor to a blog on www.runireland.com, a popular website for runners and triathletes and is part of the new lifestyle team writing for the Irish Runner Magazine.
Jenny has extensive experience in sports physiotherapy, including 4 seasons as Club Physiotherapist with the Trinity College Rugby (DUFC) Senior team in the AIL. She spent several years working with hockey teams at Collegiate, Interprovincial and International level. Jenny has also been a physiotherapist with the FAI since 2006, travelling extensively with squads.
Jenny has served over many years as the Secretary and Chairperson of the Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports and Exercise Medicine special interest group (CPSEM), the largest special interest group within the ISCP with over 500 members. She was integrally involved in developing the Society’s Accreditation in Sports Physiotherapy. Jenny also served as the Secretary of the Irish Sports Medicine Association for 2 years.

Kiera Brown

Kiera graduated in 1998 from UUJ School of Physiotherapy. Initially she was based in NHS hospitals in Northern Ireland and Scotland. She has work in Private practice settings specialising in musculo-skeletal injuries (back /neck/ joint pain and sports injuries) since 2001.
Kiera established Slievemore Physiotherapy Acupuncture & Sports Injuries Clinic in August 2006 and in June 2010 merged her practice with Total Physio to become Total Physio @ Slievemore.
Kiera also graduated from UCD School of Physiotherapy with a Higher Diploma in Acupuncture in 2002. In 2004, she trained as a Body Control Pilates Instructor through their London academy. Kiera has a keen interest in nutrition and it's effect on health and has just completed a 6 month nutrition therapy course.
Kiera has great experience in a variety of sports at all levels and has a particular interest in sports specific rehabilitation and has worked with St. Marys Senior AIL team, Dublin Senior Hurling Team, Down Senior Football Team and Avoca Hockey Club.
Kiera is on the Chartered Physiotherapists in Acupuncture special interest committee for the ISCP and has been for the last number of years. She is involved in the promotion of post-graduate education with the field of Acupuncture.

Sinead Brogan
B. Physio, MISCP Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor

Sinead graduated from University College Dublin in 2006 with an Honours Physiotherapy degree and began building her experience in the public sector in Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar. In 2008, she moved to New Zealand where she spent a year working in sports and musculoskeletal private clinics, before moving to Australia where she continued work in same area over the next year.
In addition to this, Sinead has also worked with a number of Gaelic and rugby teams over the last few years providing pitch-side cover.Sinead is also a certified Personal Trainer and has a keen interest in sports participation herself, enjoying running in particular and has participated in many running events, including a half marathon.
Sinead is a Stott Pilates instructor and teaches pregnancy and beginners/intermediate pilates classes.
She is also one of our Trigger Point Dry Needling physiotherapists and uses this technique with great results.

Roseanne Duff
B.Physio MISCP Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor

Roseanne graduated from UCD Physiotherapy with honours in 2006. In 2010, Roseanne successfully completed a post graduate certificate in Womens' Health Physiotherapy with her clinical training based at the Coombe Hospital in Dublin.
Her initial experience was at the Midland Regional Hospital in Portlaoise in musculosketal physiotherapy and womens' health through their maternity unit. Roseanne has also worked in private practice in Carlow, dealing mainly with musculoskeletal issues.
In early 2010, Roseanne established the Womens' Health Physiotherapy Service in West Dublin, working closely with the maternity hospitals in the catchment area. Her special areas of interest include antenatal and post natal care and pelvic floor rehabilitation
Currently she is progressing her study of acupuncture in Womens' Health after completing the British Medical Acupuncture Society's (BMAS) course which allows her to use these techniques for general musculoskeletal conditions and pain management.
Roseanne is a keen pilates enthusiast and is due to complete her STOTT pilates instructor certification in September 2011.

Eva Flunkert
B.Sc. Physio, MISCP

Eva graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Her thesis was particularly topical studying the effect of MBT sandals on walking. After graduating she moved to Ireland in August 2007.
Eva has been working in private practice ever since, treating various sports and musculoskeletal injuries. In 2010 she successfully completed a Certificate in Spinal Manual Therapy.
In addition to this Eva has provided pitch-side cover to a local GAA team and has worked and travelled with the Irish Men’s National Basketball Team during the 2009 Euro Qualifiers.

Anne de Lacy
MSc (Women’s Health),Dip. Management of Continence, Dip Counselling, MISCP.

Anne graduated from UCD School of Physiotherapy in 1974. She commenced work in the Rotunda Women’s Hospital in 1977 and has worked in the area of Women’s Health and Continence ever since. As Head Physiotherapist in the Rotunda, she jointly ran the Continence Clinic from 1998-2011 and was closely involved with the Complicated Postnatal Clinic from its inception to 2011.
Anne graduated from Maynooth College with a Diploma in Counselling in 1989 and completed a Diploma course in the Management of Continence in Bradford in 1991.
In 2010, she completed a Masters in Women’s Health in RCSI; her thesis subject studied continence both urinary and faecal, pain, and sexual dysfunction in postnatal women following a perineal tear at delivery. Her research was presented as a poster presentation at the International Conference of Urologist and Gynaecologist in Lisbon (2011).
Anne has significant experience in ante and postnatal care, the treatment of perineal pain, the treatment of urinary and anal incontinence in female and male patients, paediatrics (0-12 months), and in teaching the skill of relaxation to all ages.

Fiona Conroy

Fiona Conroy graduated as a Physiotherapist in 2008 from UCD and qualified as a Stott Pilates Instructor in 2008.
Fiona works full time in the Public Health Service and teaches Pilates on a Wednesday evening.
Fiona has a keen interest in Sports and has worked with the Laois Senior Inter-County Hurling team.

Abigail Doyle

Abigail graduated in 2006 from the Manchester School of Physiotherapy and has worked hard to build her profile since then with experience in private practice, travelling with cricket and rugby teams and in Nursing Home care.
Abigail teaches Pilates at Total Physio on a Monday evening.
