Conor returns to Total Physio from Bath Rugby in England where he spent the last two years working as their Academy Physiotherapist. His time in the professional rugby environment means he is an expert in sports injuries, chronic pain issues and athletic development.
His other experience includes musculoskeletal private practice in Cork, Belfast and in Dublin where he has excelled at treating people with back and neck pain issues as well as tendinopathies or chronic tendon conditions. His empathetic and exercise-based approach to rehabilitation leads to excellent results for his patients.
He has also been a 1st XV rugby physiotherapist to many of the top AIL clubs in the country and continues to work with athletes in Ireland from various sporting disciplines including boxing, athletics, GAA and football.
Prior to that he worked in COPE Foundation in Cork with children and adults with neurological disabilities and major orthopaedic complications like scoliosis.
He graduated from UCD with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2012 and from Trinity College with an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine in 2017 where his dissertation was in the 3D motion analysis of Olympic Weightlifting.
