Ella is a chartered physiotherapist with a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sports injuries.
Ella graduated from University College Dublin with First Class Honours and was awarded the ISCP prize for the best student research paper. Ella has worked in private practice and several GAA teams since graduating. She has also worked within the HSE in both the acute setting and in an outpatient clinic.
Ella has post-graduate training in Dry Needling and combines this together with manual therapy techniques and exercise rehabilitation to ensure that her patients return to a painfree, high functioning status. Ella has a particular interest in lower back pain, neck pain and shoulder injuries.
Ella is an avid sports enthusiast herself, having played Gaelic football at club level, underage inter-county level and at an intercollegiate level with UCD during her studies. She volunteered at an orphanage in India during university. Ella also enjoys running and has completed a number of 10k fun-runs, as well having success at showjumping and eventing competitions.
