Back Pain

Spinal pain, especially neck pain and lower back pain are very common. We successfully treat spinal pain every day and can help you get back to full function.

Back Pain

Spinal pain, especially neck and low back pain are very common. We all suffer aches and pains from time to time from prolonged awkward positions, lifting heavy objects, sedentary living or even as a result of stress. The biggest risk factor for low back pain is a previous episode of low back pain.

If you have back pain while driving, lifting your baby, pushing a shopping trolley, getting out of bed, sitting at your desk, lifting your suitcase…….we can help!

We assess and treat back pain every single day. Back pain can be a complex issue, so it is important to find the cause of your pain and begin a suitable treatment plan and rehab asap. The quicker you get started, the better chance you have of fully recovering from back pain.

There are many types of low back pain and the vast majority settle down with appropriate movement advice in conjunction with treatment, and a rehab plan to prevent reoccurrence.

If you are not sure if we can help you, please call us for a chat about it before you make an appointment. We can go through the best options for you or refer you on to your GP or specialist if appropriate.
