Recent feedback from our patients indicates that they need help and guidance in setting and maintaining their gym plans, while others just want to know what they should do to improve flexibility or strength, in the absence of an injury.
In response to these requests from our patients, we have launched our Personal Performance Planning led by Shane, to help you perform at the highest level you can.
Whether you want to play golf, lift your grandchildren, run in the park, or simply sit comfortably at your desk, our Personal Performance Plan will allow for an individual approach to help you perform at your peak.
Personal Performance Planning at Total Physio works in 2 ways:
Existing Gym Programme Check
Bring your current training plan and Shane will review it for you and show you how to progress it, based on your personal goals and past injury history.

Full Screen & Personal Performance Plan
Shane will assess your overall flexibility and muscle strength, and after discussing your personal goals, will develop a specific plan for you to work on. Shane will review your plan monthly and progress it as appropriate to achieve your goals.
If you have a history of injury, this will be taken into consideration for you, so that any new programme will not flare your previous injury and incorporate rehab for that injury to prevent it recurring in the future.
Duration 60 mins – please specify when booking that you would like the full service, so we can allocate enough time for you.
