
Brendan Ho
Brendan is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated from Physiotherapy from University College Dublin (UCD). His skills include dry needling, manual therapy, strength and conditioning and exercise rehabilitation.
Brendan has gained experience working in private practice in Dublin and Wicklow, allowing him to sharpen his skills treating work-related neck and back pains, running-related pain and repetitive strain injuries. His experience also extends to the hospital environment; working with post-orthopaedic surgery patients, as well as with patients in the area of frailty and falls prevention.
Brendan has a keen interest in treating acute and chronic sports injuries and providing expert advice on return to play protocols. Having come from a rugby background, Brendan has worked with Old Belvedere Rugby Club and UCD Rugby as well as being a former physiotherapist with UCD Senior GAA and Hurling and U18 UCD Soccer.
Brendan sees the value of using exercise rehabilitation to treat his patients and works with his clients to fine-tune each exercise program so that it can be easily implemented into their lifestyles based on their age, gender and goals.
He is an active member of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports and Exercises Medicine (CPSEM), the clinical interest group of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists.
Outside of clinic, Brendan stays active by weight training, hiking around the Wicklow mountains and plays Tag Rugby.
