
Joe Hastings
Joe graduated as a Physiotherapist from UCD, and subsequently spent a year working with the Irish Defence Forces for their Physiotherapy service.
Since then, Joe has gained experience working in private practice, working with a large variety of patient groups and ages.
During this time he has also worked closely with Acquired Brain Injury Ireland and many elderly care homes, providing long term outpatient Physiotherapy care for their residents. He also gained valuable experience working in the sports setting with CBC Monkstown Senior Cup Rugby team, as well as Olympians and professional athletes.
Joe is experienced in treating a wide variety of injuries and aches and pains, and has a special interest in running related injuries. He uses his manual therapy skills and extensive knowledge of strength and conditioning and exercise principles to help his patients, and is also trained in the use of dry needling.
Joe practices what he preaches! He is an experienced runner specialising in 800m and 1500m events, competing at a high national level.
He is also a keen golfer with national titles at underage and senior level.
