
Joe Hastings
Joe graduated as a Physiotherapist from UCD, and subsequently spent a year working with the Irish Defence Forces for their Physiotherapy service.
Since then, Joe has gained experience working in private practice alongside a large variety of patient groups and ages. During this time he has also worked closely with Acquired Brain Injury Ireland and many elderly care homes, providing long term outpatient Physiotherapy care for their residents. Joe has also gained valuable experience working in the sports setting with the CBC Monkstown Senior Cup Rugby team, as well as with Olympians and professional athletes.
Joe is experienced in treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries, and has a special interest in running related injuries. He uses his manual therapy skills and extensive knowledge of strength and conditioning and exercise principles to help his patients achieve their goals. Joe is also trained in the use of dry needling.
Joe practices what he preaches! He is an experienced runner specializing in 800 m and 1500 m events, competing at a high national level. He is also a keen golfer with national titles at underage and senior level.
