Select the "Custom level…" button.
Scroll down to the "Scripting" area and select the radio button to "Enable"
Select "OK", then "OK" again.

With over 700 entries, the 4th year of the Sandyford 5k was a roaring success!

We contributed injury prevention tips and advice on building up strength in advance of the run, helped those with niggles who needed us in the clinic, and were there on the night to cheer them all on. Aoife represented us well with a fantastic time of 24 minutes; well done Aoife!
