No GP referral
GP referrals are not necessary to have physiotherapy. Bring any letters or scan reports you already have.
One working day
Our aim is to offer you an appointment within one working day of your call or email. Sometimes same day.
30 minutes
Treatment sessions usually last up to 30 minutes. Ask for 60 if you have a complicated injury history.
24 hours notice
Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or re-arrange, as a cancellation charge may be applied otherwise.

Book a time that suits you
Book online at any time and pick a slot around family and work, or call us on 01 213 7000. For a same day appointment, ring between 9 and 9.30am, when the cancellation list is at its smallest.

Arrive and park at the door
We are in Sandyford Office Park, directly opposite the Sandyford Luas stop, with dedicated parking outside. Bring any GP letters or scan reports for your file.

Assessment, diagnosis and treatment on the day
Via a thorough assessment we aim to give you a diagnosis of your condition, an individual treatment plan with approximate duration, and a likely prognosis. You will be treated at that first consultation. Our focus is on reducing your pain or discomfort as soon as possible.

Leave with a home programme
We will give you a home exercise programme, which we can email to you along with the important do's and don'ts shown and discussed during the session. You will be reassessed on each visit to check your progress.
Appointments
Questions about being seen
No, GP referrals are not necessary to have physiotherapy. If you have any GP referral letters, or reports from scans such as an MRI or an x-ray, please bring a copy for inclusion on your file. If on assessment we deem your condition requires medical attention, we will refer you on to an appropriate physician.
