Background
- MISCP, BSc Physiotherapy
- Chartered Physiotherapist
- CORU Reg: PT068839
Vitalia is a CORU-registered Chartered Physiotherapist with a particular interest in chronic neck and back pain, foot and ankle rehabilitation, and men's & women's health. She is a certified dry needling practitioner and shockwave therapy provider, and is qualified in orthotics prescription. This combination allows her to accurately identify the root cause of pain, including the biomechanical factors that are often missed, and treat it at the source.
Vitalia has worked across private practice and hospital settings in Dublin, managing a varied caseload. This breadth of clinical exposure means she is equally comfortable treating a long-standing back complaint, a stubborn sports injury, or guiding someone safely back to full function after surgery.
Vitalia is known for taking the time to properly understand each patient: their history, their lifestyle, and what recovery actually means to them. Her treatment combines skilled manual therapy, dry needling, and progressive movement-based rehabilitation, always grounded in current evidence. As a qualified mat and reformer Pilates instructor, she integrates Pilates principles into her rehabilitation programmes to build strength, control, and lasting resilience. Patients leave each session with a clear understanding of their condition, a plan they believe in, and the tools to take control of their own recovery, whether the goal is finally resolving persistent pain, getting back on the pitch, or simply moving through life with ease and confidence.
Outside the clinic, Vitalia enjoys practising Pilates and yoga.
