Sophia is a physiotherapist and holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin. She has experience working with a wide range of patients through her clinical experience, helping people to recover from injury and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Sophia has a particular interest in exercise-based rehabilitation, sports injuries and empowering patients with the knowledge and tools to manage their condition. Sophia believes in tailoring treatment to each individual and uses a combination of education, exercise, and hands-on techniques to support patients throughout their recovery.
As a former competitive rower, Sophia understands the physical demands of sport and the importance of effective rehabilitation. She has a particular interest in musculoskeletal injuries, exercise rehabilitation and helping people stay active, whether they're returning to sport, work or everyday life.
Outside of work, Sophia enjoys running, hiking and going to the gym to keep active.
