James designs personalised programmes that build strength, improve movement, and support recovery, helping clients achieve long-term results and feel confident in their day-to-day and sporting activities.
I had a really good experience with my physio, James. I train regularly, and he was great at not only treating my injury but also helping me stay active safely. He gave me clear advice and put together an exercise program so I could keep training while protecting the injured area. Overall a great experience, I would highly recommend!!
